You must provide what is not included in the package above. Power supply, 22 to 28Vdc at 20 amps, battery box batteries, RG58 coax for ATU feed, weighted leads for tilt antenna and drop lead for man pac work.

This level requires equipment to transmit and receive full power. But not over the entire frequency range. There may be gaps where there is no exit, a lot of things hum in the sound. The sound may be distorted.
However, the equipment will run on frequency and the synthesizer will be calibrated and referenced to OEM specification. You can expect a good power amp and a good synthesizer. Further repairs are expected. Adjustments for transmitter gain modulation or receiver adjustments were made.
